The nature of the action is an action seeking declaratory relief, constructive trust, quiet title, and judgment lien foreclosure regarding a parcel of real property located at 5457 Upper Pack River, Sandpoint, Idaho which is currently titled in the name of the Thomas G. Myers Family Living Trust. In this action, the Plaintiff is asserting a claim whereby the Court declares that Richard G. In this action, the Plaintiff is seeking to foreclose all other liens and encumbrances which are subordinate and inferior to the judgment lien interest of the Plaintiff in the above-referenced property which may be possessed by you. Further, the Plaintiff is seeking an order from the Court that you shall be forever barred and foreclosed of all right, claim, equity, and right of redemption in the real property described above after the time for making redemption has expired.
