NOTICE OF ELECTION

EAST BONNER COUNTY FREE LIBRARY DISTRICT

Bonner County, Idaho

In accordance with Idaho Code Section 34-1406, notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 22, 2007, an election for trustees of the East Bonner County Free Library District will be held at the following polling sites. The sites are the Clark Fork Branch Library (601 Main St., Clark Fork, ID) and the Sandpoint Branch Library (1407 W. Cedar St., Sandpoint, ID). At such election, the polls will open at 8:00 a.m. and continue open until 8 o'clock in the evening of the same day.

The boundaries of the East Bonner County Free Library District fall within the boundaries of the below listed precincts and those individuals who are registered, or who register, to vote in these below listed precincts may vote at either polling site.

SAGLE, BALDY, GROUSE CREEK, SANDPOINT, CAREYWOOD, HOPE, SELLE, CLARK FORK, HUMBIRD, SOUTH SIDE, COCOLALLA, KOOTENAI, WASHINGTON,

COLBURN, LACLEDE, WESTMOND, DOVER, LAKEVIEW, WRENCO

Notice is also hereby given that in accordance with Idaho Code Section 34-1408, absent elector's ballots are available from Wayne L. Gunter, Election Clerk (or a deputy election clerk) at the Sandpoint Branch Library, 1407 W. Cedar St., Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, by FAX at 208-263-8320 or by e-mail at wayne@ebcl.lib.id.us and must be filed with the Election Clerk at said address, during normal office hours, no later than 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2007.

Applications for absent electors' ballots may be obtained during normal office hours at any branch of the Library District including the Clark Fork Library (601 Main St., Clark Fork, ID 83811), Sandpoint Library (1407 W. Cedar St., Sandpoint, ID 83864) or the bookmobile. Completed applications must be filed with the Election Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2007, for "mail-in" absentee ballots, or no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2007, the day before the election, for "in-person" absentee ballots.
