PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

PUD07-03 and CUP 07-03(Sandpoint Learning Center) - A request by The Wild Rose Foundation, Inc., for Planned Unit Development and Conditional Use Permit approval to allow a public school facility to be developed in phases in the Residence "A" zone. The project includes a 77-acre site located on the east side of Boyer Avenue north of the railroad right-of-way and south of East Mountain View Drive that is proposed to include a college campus for the University of Idaho and a high school campus for the Lake Pend Oreille School District. This parcel is described as a the East Half of Section 15 north of the high speed transfer track and west of Sand Creek in Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M. The project also includes a 3.89-acre site located on the west side of Boyer Avenue north of Ebbett Way that is proposed to include a professional technical facility. This parcel is described as Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Culver's Addition to Sandpoint
