CITY OF DOVER PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The City Council of Dover will hold a public hearing on June 12, 2007 beginning at 10:00 a.m. on a request by Rudeen Development of PO Box 633 Liberty Lake, WA

99019 for a special use permit to allow a guest house on Lot 13 Block 7 Riverside of the plat of the Dover Bay Planned Unit Development. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended an approval of the request.

The Dover City Council will conduct a public hearing on this request beginning at 10:00 a.m., June 12, 2007 at the Dover City Hall, at 699 Lakeshore Avenue, Dover, Idaho. Copies of the application are available for public review during regular business hours by contacting 265-8339 or 263-4720. Public comment is encouraged.
