Local law enforcement helped save my life

I want to thank the Bonner County Sheriff's Office, Sandpoint Police Department and the "turnkeys" at the Bonner County Jail for all they did for me in 1995 and 1996. They were very helpful to me and I feel that I owe them very much.

I'm a recovering alcoholic and chemical drug addict. It's been 11 to 12 years since I was treated for a psychotic disorder due to the fact of being locked up and doing street drugs (illegal, of course).

If it wasn't for these folks doing their jobs, I wouldn't be here today.
