On October, 19, 2007, the Community Development Initiative of North Idaho, Inc. submitted an application to the Federal Communications Commission for a construction permit for a new noncommercial, Class A, educational FM Station to serve the greater Hope, Idaho, area on 90.7 MHz, at an effective radiated power of 160 watts from a transmitter at 48.13.57 N. Latitude, 116.15.06 W Longitude (NAD 27), with antenna center line at 8.14 meters above ground level, and from a main studio located at a site to be determined within Bonner County, in the vicinity of Hope, Idaho. The names of the directors and officers of the Community Development Initiative of North Idaho, Inc. are as follows: Kally Thurman, Chair; Bruce Bishop, Vice Chair; and Criss Fosselman, Secretary. Copies of the application, any amendments, and related materials are on file for public inspection Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at East Hope City Hall, 505 Wellington Place, East Hope, Idaho.
