The Wireless Works celebrates move to new location

| November 5, 2007 8:00 PM

The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce Ambas-sadors celebrated Friday with Jeff and Vera Yetter, owners of The Wireless Works, as they moved into their new location.

The new store is located at 477181 Hwy. 95, Suite B in Ponderay (Ponderay Crossing at the Old K-Mart building). The Wireless Works specializes in wireless products and services.

The business has been in operation for five years and only three weeks ago was located by Papa Murphy's in Ponderay. The Yetters moved their store to gain visibility.

Owner Jeff Yetter has exceptional technical expertise with communications due to his 26 years in the wireless business. He also volunteers his time as an amateur radio operator, often called a ham radio operator. This requires him to communicate with other radio amateurs for public service, and he can utilize his skills to assist with emergency and disaster communications. Every year he donates his time to the Lion's Club to provide communications for the Fourth of July parade in downtown Sandpoint.

The Wireless Works offers an array of phones with their most popular items being Motorola, Samson, and L.G. as well as accessories and wireless internet broadband. From loaning phones to assisting with phone issues, they go beyond the customers' expectations to provide superior customer service and quality.
