NEW RADIO STATION

APPLICATION

On October 22, 2007, Calvary Chapel of Sandpoint (CCS) filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) seeking a construction permit for a new full power Class A FM radio station to serve the community of Sandpoint, Idaho.

CCS proposes to operate on 88.1 Mhz with an effective radiated power of .002 kilowatts horizontal and .099 kilowats vertical, with an antenna height of 11 meters above ground level. The geographic coordinates for the proposed transmitter site and antenna are 48 degrees 5'38" N, 116 degrees 33' 12" W. The station's main studio address has not yet been determined but will comply with Section 73.1125 of the FCC's rules. The parties to the application are Jason W.Z. Duchow, Donald R. Wheeler, and John F. Shaw.
