Iva Lee McGregor, 79

Iva Lee McGregor, 79, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007, of cancer at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in North Platte, Neb.

Iva was born April 19, 1928, in Queens City, Mo.

Iva moved to Hope with her husband, Raymond, in 1968. She has resided with her daughter, Emmajean, the past several years in Wellfleet, Neb.

She is survived by her sister, Roberta Berry; and her brother, Jay O. Simmons; four sons, Paul E. McGregor, Jimmy R. McGregor, Melvin L. McGregor and Michael McGregor; a daughter, Emmajean Fackler; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. McGregor; sisters, Jeannie Hess and Vera Nelson; a brother, Melvin Simmons; and a grandson, Sidney M. McGregor.
