NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual meeting of the Masonic Temple Association of Sandpoint, Idaho, Inc., will be held in the Masonic Temple, 319 N. 2nd St.; Sandpoint, Idaho on the 3rd day of December, 2007, immediately following the Stated Meeting of Lakeside Lodge #42 for the purpose of electing two Directors for a term of three years and for the purpose of transacting any and all business that may properly come before said meeting.
