NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, in the Meeting Room of the former Federal Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1479-07 - ANCHOR GAS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - CLYDE & IRVINA SHOOPMAN are seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a 7-acre parcel into 2 lots ranging in size from 1.3 to 5.5 acres. The site is zoned Recreation and is located off of Garfield Bay Road +/-9-miles southeast of the City of Sandpoint in Section 21, Township 56 North, Range 1West, BM.

1:45 P.M. - FILE S1491-07 - CREEKRIDGE ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MARK YOUNG, ET AL are seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide +/-53 acres into 10 lots ranging in size from 5.05 to 6.9 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Cocolalla Loop Road and Haughey Drive, +/-10 miles south of Sandpoint, in Sections 5 & 6, Township 55 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of October 4, 2007, recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
