Wells Fargo announces appointments

SANDPOINT — Wells Fargo recently announced the appointment of Kay Curry as Sandpoint branch manager. She will succeed Ryan Robinson, who has been named a business relationship manager for Sandpoint.

Curry has almost 30 years experience in financial services, all with Wells Fargo or a predecessor, and has served in several positions including teller, assistant branch manager and manager.

She most recently served as manager for Wells Fargo's Lakeland branch in Rathdrum.

As a branch manager, Curry is responsible for business development, managing the bank's community activities, training and developing staff, managing branch operations, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service and helping customers succeed financially.

A graduate of Boise State University with a degree in finance, Robinson joined Wells Fargo in 1997 as manager for a Wells Fargo Financial branch. He most recently served as manager for the Sandpoint branch.

As a business relationship manager, Robinson is responsible for working with businesses in Bonner and Boundary counties to provide a wide range of products and services to help them achieve financial success.

Robinson is a major in the Idaho Army National Guard and serves as the training and operations office for the 145th. He is a director for the Bonner County Economic Development Corporation and was member of the 2006 class of Leadership Sandpoint.
