NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, October 24, 2007, in the meeting room of the former Federal Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M.-FILE SS1472-07-POLER PARK-PRELIMINARY PLAT-JASON & MARANATHA POLER are seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a -12 acre parcel into 2 lots of 5 and 7.89 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of A1s Welding Road and Spirit Lake Cut-off Road, -2.5-miles northeast of the City of Spirit Lake in Section 19, Township 54 North, Range 4 West., B.M.
1:45 P.M.-FILE SS1500-07-WEST COCOLALLA ESTATES, REPLAT OF LOT 16-PRELIMINARY PLAT-ARTHUR & DARLENE YOUNG are proposing to subdivide a -6acre platted lot into two lots of -3acres each. The subject property is zoned Suburban and is accessed by Lakeview and Terrace Drives in Section 7, Township 55 North, Range 2 West, B.M., -8 miles south of Sandpoint.
2:00 P.M.-FILE SM1328-07-ELKINS REEDER ACRES-PLAT MODIFICATION-ALBERT ELKINS is requesting to modify the approved preliminary plat of Elkins Reeder Acres to allow two phases to complete the project. Phase 1 would allow for two of seven lots to be recorded, followed by Phase 2 for the balance of the project. The site is zoned Recreation, and is located southwest of the Elkins Resort and -2_miles east of Nordman in Section 19, Township 61 North, Range 4 West, B.M.
