NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 14th day of November, 2007, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A request by Mel and Dorothy Spraker to annex and zone that portion of

the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 36, lying east of US Highway 95, T 58N, R2W, BM, Bonner County, Idaho. A full legal description of the above property is available from the City Clerk upon request.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail.
