NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, November 1, 2007, in the meeting room of the former Federal Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

6:30 P.M. - FILE C886-07 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAY CARE/SCHOOL - AARON & STACY RIEF are seeking conditional use permit approval to bring into compliance an existing private daycare, preschool and kindergarten. The subject property is zoned Agricultural, and is located off Selle Road approximately 3 miles north of Kootenai in Section 19 of Township 58 North Range 1 West.

6:45 P.M. - FILE S1485-07 - GREYHAWK - PRELIMINARY PLAT - SCHWEITZER MOUNTAIN REAL ESTATE, LLC is seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a +/-186-acre parcel into 40 lots ranging in size from 1.38 acres to 3.36 acres, with two designated remainder parcels of more than 50 acres each. The site is zoned Recreation and is located off of Schweitzer Basin Road, +/-14 miles north of the City of Sandpoint, in Section 21, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

7:15 P.M. - FILE S1487-07 - KEEGAN ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - FLOYD & MICKIE MC GHEE are seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide a 3.5-acre parcel into 10 lots ranging in size from 10,618 to 16,613 square feet. The site is zoned Suburban 1/4 and is located off of North Kootenai Road, +/-.25 miles north of the City of Kootenai, in Section 1, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
