NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, November 7, 2007, at the University of Idaho Bonner County Extension Office (at the fair grounds), 4205 North Boyer, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

2:15 P.M. - FILE S1498-07 - ELIZABETH ESTATES EAST - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MARVIN W. ELLIS TRUST is proposing to subdivide a 20-acre parcel into two lots of 10 acres each. The subject property is zoned Agricultural, and is located off Golden Gate Road, +/-11 miles north of Spirit Lake in Section 36, Township 55 North, Range 4 West. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of October 4th recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.

2:30 P.M. - FILE SS1501-07 -PATTERSON ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - PHIL PATTERSON The applicant is seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide an 11.65 acre parcel into 2 residential lots of 5.21 and 6.44 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Freeman Lake Road, +/-5 miles north of Oldtown. The property is located in Section 12, Township 56 North, Range 6 West, B.M.
