A RESOLUTION OF SOUTHSIDE WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROVING, PURSUANT TO SECTION 50-901A, IDAHO CODE, A SUMMARY OF INTERIM ORDINANCE #07-02 FOR PUBLICATON

SOUTHSIDE WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SOUTHSIDE WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT OF BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, AS

FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, SOUTHSIDE WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT(the "District) of Bonner County, Idaho, is a water and sewer district operating and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho; and

WHEREAS, the District on the 12th day of October, 2007, adopted Interim Ordinance #07-02, which provides for an interim moratorium on the issuance of additional sewer permits within the boundaries of the Southside water and Sewer District and provides for other matters properly related thereto; and

WHEREAS, the District, is authorized, pursuant to Section 50-901A Idaho Code, to publish in lieu of the entire ordinance, a summary thereof.

NOW THEREFORE , IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Summary of Interim Ordinance #07-02, which ordinance was adopted by the Board on the 12th day of October, 2007, a copy of which Summary is annexed hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference is approved.

2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
