ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Bonner County Board of County Commissioners, at the Bonner County Courthouse, Sandpoint, Idaho until 3:00 p.m. (Prevailing Local Time) November 13, 2007 for the Bonner County Courthouse Annex Building Remodel.
A Pre-Bid Conference and tour will be held on October 30, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Annex Building. Attendance is strongly recommended.
Bids will be opened at the above stated place and read aloud following the closing time for receipt of bids. Bidders and other properly interested parties are invited to be present at the bid opening.
Bid forms, Bidders Instruction, Contract Documents with general and special instructions, plans, specifications, proposal forms, and other information may be obtained from: LCA Architects, 1221 Shoreline Lane, Boise, Idaho 83702, Phone (208) 345-6677. A fully refundable deposit of $100.00 will be required to obtain sets of the documents. Deposits will be refunded upon the return of bid documents, with all addenda, in good condition within 10 business days after the bid opening.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates is required.
Bidders shall be licensed in the State of Idaho, in accordance with provisions of an act known as "Public Works Contractor's State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended". The terms "Public Works Contractors" include the general, sub or specialty contractors.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid or bids deemed in the best interest for Bonner County.
