NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Ray Elwood Allen, deceased in July 1975, and Dorothy Caroline Newman Allen, deceased on December 17th, 1985, that on October 9th, 2007, Patricia McCormick, Kay Gorsuch and John David Allen filed a Petition for Order Determining Intestacy and Heirship. A copy of the petition is on file with the Clerk of the Court and may be reviewed upon request.

This petition has been set for hearing in this Court on November 19th, 2007, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
