PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Doris Dingman and Debra Halcro of 12633 W. Pine Street Sandpoint, ID 83864 are requesting a two lot residential subdivision (preliminary plat) on approximately 33 acres. The two proposed lots are approximately 7 and 26 acres in size. The property contains an existing residence, and is generally located at the above address and is more particularly described as:

Beginning at the Center Quarter Corner of Section 19, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, City of Dover, Bonner County Idaho;

Thence along the North - South Centerline of said Section 19, South 00°26'38" East, a distance of 1314.24 feet to the north line of a parcel;

Thence along said north line, West a distance of 355.89 feet to a point;

Thence North, a distance of 37.55 feet to a point;

Thence North 88°33'16" East, a distance of 418.85 feet;

Thence North 89°26'00" East, a distance of 312.00 feet more or less, to a point on the East Right-of-Way line of Pine Street Loop, a county road;

Thence northerly and easterly along said east right-of-way line, to a point which lies North 00°26'38" West, a distance of 220.13 feet more or less, from the Center Quarter Corner of said Section 19;

Thence North 00°26'38" West, a distance of 451.09 feet, more or less, along said East line to the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Said Section 19 and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
