A Petition to change the name of Cassandra Schrader, born (date) 7-15-89, in Sandpoint, Idaho, residing at 31 Cedar Hill Rd., Sagle, has, been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Cassandra Wolfram, because "My mother disowned me and my father has never accepted me.

The Petitioner's father is living and his address is 1510 E Dalke Ave, Spokane, WA 99208, and the petitioner's mother is living and her address is 502 Goodrich Rd, Centralia WA 98531
