Jeffrey J. Balch, 59, of Plano, Texas, passed away Friday, Aug. 24, 2007, in Plano.He married Jenifer Lynn Olin on Sept. 9, 1995, in Reno, Nev. Jeffrey was born June 17, 1948, in Sandpoint, Idaho, to William Eugene and Alveretta Eleanore (Culbertson) Balch. He is survived by his wife, Jenifer L. Balch, and son, Daniel Jeffrey Balch, both of Plano; brothers, Mike Balch of Spokane, Wash., Dan Balch of Sagle, Idaho, and David Balch of Reno; and sisters, Marilyn Martin of Mead, Wash., and Andrea Boyle of Ojai, Calif.
