Byway delays are comparatively small

People are getting more frustrated with the lack of progress in building the Sandpoint bypass. More than 60 years have passed since first considered as a solution to local traffic problems.
Be patient, people. The Great Wall of China took centuries to complete. Cathedrals in Europe saw more than 500 years from beginning of construction until completion. This was without EPA considerations and frivolous lawsuits.
It could easily be into the 22nd Century before a bypass is constructed around Sandpoint.
