LEGAL NOTICE

| September 5, 2007 9:00 PM

The Idaho Fish and Game Director was informed by the Bureau of Fisheries that there is a need to protect adult kokanee from harvest in Coeur d'Alene Lake. These fish are vital to maintaining future kokanee populations in the lake. The need of this rule change is to protect kokanee spawners, which are at very low numbers and are vulnerable to angling, to allow for adequate rerproduction and recruitment of future year classes of kokanee.

Pursuant to his authority under Idaho Code Section 36, 106(e)6A, the Idaho of Fish and Game Director hereby closes Coeur d'Alene Lake to the harvest of kokanee. The rule does not include waters within the Coeur d'Alene Indian Reservation. This closure will begin September 4, 2007 and continue until December 31, 2007.

Copies of Order 07-62 are available at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game headquarters, 600 South Walnut, PO Box 25, Boise, Idaho 83707.

Dated this 27th day of August 2007.
