NOTICE OF NEW CITY FEES

The City of Dover proposes a new Ordinance for Regulating City Properties and Park Properties; proposes to set fees by new Ordinance for Business Registration Certificates; and proposes to set fines by new Ordinance for Restricted Parking Violations.

The fees are to cover the costs of administration, operations and maintenance of the new Business Registration program to be implemented. The fines are for violations of the new Restricted Parking Ordinance and to cover administration and operation costs. All citizens are invited to attend a Public Hearing on the new Ordinances on September 18, 2007 at 11:00 am at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Avenue, Dover Idaho.
