TS No. 07-33162 Title Order No. W731028 Parcel No. RP 56N01W105401 A The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States, In the lobby of Alliance Title & Escrow, 105 Pine St., Ste 101, Sandpoint, ID, 83864 on 01/03/2008 at 11:00 am, (recognized local time) for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Deed of Trust recorded 05/08/2006 as Instrument Number 703356, and executed by Kevin R Walker, and Trudy L Walker, husband and wife, as Grantor(s), in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, to ReconTrust Company, N.A., the Current Trustee of record, covering the following real property located in Bonner County, state of Idaho: A tract of land in Section 10, Township 56 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, more specifically described as follows: From the West quarter corner of said Section 10, North 89o50'06" East, 1329.29 feet to the Trust Point of Beginning; Thence South 00o45'54" East, 232.70 feet; Thence South 87o14'18" West, 637.23 feet to a point on the access road right of way; Thence North 00o09'14" West, 474.94 feet along the said access road; Thence South 89o48'12" East, 676.90 feet to the true point of beginning.
