Delegation must work to stop the madness

| September 10, 2007 9:00 PM

Dear Sens. Craig and Crapo, and Reps Simpson and Sali:

I was very surprised to learn, after all of your support for strengthening our borders, your absolute defense of maintaining the integrity of the United States of America, and your stated opposition to the North American Union, the NAFTA superhighway, and the "Security and Prosperity Partnership for Global Corporations in America," that you have allowed the World Trade Organization to supercede our Constitution and give more of our jobs away to Mexican truck drivers — against the wishes of the American citizens — and creating higher insurance risks on this north-south NAFTA freeway that Washington claims does not exist.

Why do you continue to allow giant corporations to take our jobs out of the country? Who will pay your wages when we are no longer working and therefore can't be taxed? How can you even consider spending an additional $50 billion our country must borrow from China to continue killing people in Iraq? When will you begin to do something for the people and the economy of our country, instead of the global banks and corporations that are sucking us dry?

Please, stop this madness.
