Under the provisions of the Act of December 22, 1928 (45 Stat. 1069), as amended by the Act of July 28, 1953 (67 Stat. 227; 43 U.S.C. 1068, 1068a, 1068b), Dunn Family Trust of Post Office Box 154, Hope, Idaho 83836 has filed application IDI-35680 to claim the following described public land pusuant to the Color-of-Title Act of December 22, 1928 (45 Sat. 1069), as amended:
