CITY OF HOPE, IDAHO

A RESOLUTION SET FORTH BY THE CITY OF HOPE, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING CHARGES AND FEES FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS: The City of Hope, Idaho Ordinance #208, Section 3 provides that fees pertaining to the City of Hope planning and zoning department shall be adopted by resolution; and

WHEREAS: The City Council has determined that the following fee and charges are necessary and reasonable;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED THAT: The fees of the City of Hope planning and zoning department attached and incorporated by reference, are hereby adopted by the City Council.

BE IT FURTHERED RESOLVED THAT: The fees and charges found in above-noted attachment shall become effective October 1, 2007 as adopted by the Hope City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of Hope, Bonner County, Idaho, at a regular meeting of said Council held September 12, 2007.

1-2 lots $ 500.00 + $50 per lot

3-10 lots $ 750.00 + $50 per lot

11-20 lots $1250.00 + $50 per lot

20 + lots $2000.00 + $50 per lot

CONDITIONAL USES

Residential Use $ 500.00

Commercial/Mixed Use $ 750.00

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS $1000.00

Plus above referenced subdivision

and/or conditional use fees as may apply.

VARIANCE $ 500.00

ZONE CHANGE REQUESTS $1000.00

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS $1000.00

ANNEXATION REQUESTS $1250.00

PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENTS $ 250.00

PLAT & ROAD VACATIONS $1000.00

Note: Landowner is also responsible for reimbursing the City for costs associated with public notices, publications and mailings for public hearings and ordinance amendments as well as costs for professional reviews of application materials as may be requested by the zoning administrator or city council. Such reimbursement fees are due upon notification to the landowner.
