Notice of Fee Increases and New Fees

The City of Clark Fork proposes to increase its fees for certain inspections by the fire department outside the city limits, and for fire suppression services outside the city limits to non-subscribing residents, by amounts that exceed one hundred and five percent (105%) of the respective fees from the previous year, and to add new fees.

The fee increases are due to the additional costs of administration, operations, and maintenance. For information about specific fees and amounts, please contact the City Clerk's office at 266-1315 or 110 E. 3rd Avenue, Clark Fork, Idaho.

All citizens are invited to attend a public hearing on the increased fee requests and the new fees on September 28th, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 110 E. 3rd Avenue, Clark Fork, Idaho.

City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities.
