NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, October 10, 2007, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1464-07 - ROGERS SUBDIVISION - GUY & BETHANY ROGERS are proposing to subdivide a "21.8-acre parcel into two lots of +/-10 acres each. The subject property is zoned Rural and is located off Redneck Lane, +/-7 miles south of Oldtown in Section 1, Township 54 North, Range 6 West.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1494-07 - MIGRATORY POINT - PRELIMINARY PLAT - ANNETTE FRASER-RUNNALLS is seeking approval to subdivide a 10-acre parcel into two lots of 5 acres each. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of East Dufort Road and Five Lakes Estates Road, +/-7-miles south of Sandpoint, in Section 35, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
