PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on a proposal by the City to amend Ordinance #218, Section 3-4: Shoreline Zone. The proposed amendments generally regard limiting permitted uses within the shoreline zone to single-family residences and associated accessory uses and providing for various other residential, commercial, and municipal uses by the conditional use permit process.

The public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday October 9, 2007 at 6:30 pm at the East Hope City Hall located at 505 Wellington Place East Hope, Idaho. Copies of the proposal and information can be obtained by calling 264-5877 or 263-4720. Public comment is welcome at the pubic hearing or by calling the above telephone numbers or mailing comments to City of East Hope, P.O. Box 186, Hope, ID 83836.
