NOTICE OF FILING DEADLINE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

That, declarations of candidacy for the office of Fire Commissioner, Position #3 of the Westside Fire District must be filed with District Secretary whose address is 825 Railroad Ave, Dover, Idaho no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 28th day of September, 2007 for the upcoming November 6th, 2007 election.

Such declarations are available at the Bonner County Clerk's Office located at 215 S. First Street, Sandpoint, Idaho. Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a declarations of intent no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 12,th 2007 with local election official.
