NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE

A Petition to change the name of Marilyn Kay Vanderwilt McFarland born (date) August 28, 1956, in (city) Salem, (state) Oregon, residing at (address) 41 Hanaford Court, P.O. Box 337, (city) Blanchard, has been filed in First County District Court, Idaho. The name change to Marilyn Kay Vanderwilt, because Petitioner was divorced 7 1/2 years ago and whishes to drop the name McFarland.

The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of his closest blood relatives are Marje Peterson, P.O. Box 1205, Hayden, ID 83835. Vivian Worth, 3214 W. Wilber, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815, and the petitioner's mother is living and her address is 1405 3rd Street, Coeur d'Alene ID, 83814.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:00 o'clock a.m. on October 22, 2007, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
