NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the Northside Fire District

will accept sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. October 10, 2007 for:

ONE 2008 FORD F 550 4 WD

RESCUE VEHICLE

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, and shall be labeled "SEALED BID - NORTHSIDE FIRE DISTRICT- RESCUE". Bids shall be submitted to Northside Fire District 437 Cedar, P.O. Box 181, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, by the time and date set forth above, and shall be opened at 7:00 P.M. on said date. Specifications are on file for examination at the following location:

Copies of the specifications may be obtained from Northside Fire District. any objections to the contents of the Specifications shall be raised three (3) business days before Bids are opened or they shall be deemed to have been waived.

The Northside Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
