Do you call it justice when false accusations of indecent exposure are made about me? Both counts of indecent exposure were dropped due to questions of credibility on the plaintive's part. There were no questions of credibility on my part as I passed a polygraph test.
Do you call it justice when the paper can take this accusation and print it as though guilt was proven before the trial? Get your facts straight - I did not plead to a reduced charge. Indecent exposure charges were dropped. I plead guilty to disturbing the peace because I confronted kids about littering.
