Elinor Adeline Engle, 86, passed away in Sandpoint, Idaho on Thursday, April 10, 2008.

Private family services will be held with inurnment in the Gamlin Lake Cemetery.

Elinor was born on March 28, 1922 in Denver, Colo. She later moved to Spokane, Wash., and graduated from Rogers High School. On May 13, 1946 she married Don Engle in Spokane, Wash. She lived in western Oregon and the Northwest prior to establishing residence in the Sagle area in 1973.

She enjoyed fishing, sewing, traveling, and reading.

She is survived by her husband Don Engle of Sandpoint; her son, Gary Leonard Moore of Albany, Ore.; her daughter, Jacqueline Arlene Fullen of Jefferson, Ore.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and her sister, Melinda Jo Pearce of Las Vegas, Nev.
