Education is important duty and investment

Please join me May 20 in voting “yes”for our school levy.

As a former school board member, I am personally aware of the long-standing facility needs. Often, maintenance costs are higher because our buildings are in disrepair. This very conservative levy addresses the most critical deficiencies.

Many exciting things are happening in Lake Pend Oreille School District. We have an excellent superintendent, a thoughtful board and dedicated staff and teachers.

The education of our next generations is our most important duty and our very best investment in a hopeful future for our community.
