Don't let the FAA intimidate county

Front page article April 12 - FAA versus Bonner County:

Far be it for me to defend the Board of Commissioners, I still believe they are the highest paid, least effective board we have had in many years.

This time they appear to on the correct path. The FAA is the least effective, misled organization in America.

The FAA has for many years poured taxpayers' funds down the cesspool with misleading information, very poor guidance for small communities and generally costing this county and the federal taxpayer big bucks for being unclear and holding federal aviation regulations over the heads by not having clear, unambiguous firm rules in place. When a small community tries to better itself using common sense they get threatened by the big FAA.

Read the whole article. For the first time in history the people who pay the taxes, seem to be supported by administration personnel of the county, don't let FAA intimidate you. I believe that FAA should be re-initialed to FAAAA, Federal Aviation Administration Against Aviation.
