Mankind not to blame for global warming

| August 11, 2008 9:00 PM

With the advent of $4-plus gas prices, it is time to put the blame where it belongs. The two primary organizations responsible are the political environmentalists and the Congress.

For many years, the political environmentalists (not the real environmentalists) has been against virtually everything that could make a significant change to our energy problems and the Congress has faithfully went along with their ideas. They are for something like solar, wind, etc., that wouldn’t change things more than a couple of percent; so am I.

So we have high gas prices among other things like biofuel that costs more and is apparently starving some poor people. Some of this is because of poor information about global warming. For those of you who are not convinced, I can get you the names of 31,000 real scientists (more than 9,000 of whom hold PHDs) who know that global warming is not caused by mankind. It has been going on and off for thousands of years. If we keep sending billions of dollars to foreign countries, we will became a second- or third-rate country very soon.

I would be happy to talk to you about this. I am in the book.
