Life Skills NW announces inaugural golf event

| August 27, 2008 9:00 PM

On Friday, September 19, Life Skills NW will be conducting their inaugural fund-raising golf event. The beautiful Priest Lake Golf Course will be the site of this four-person scramble format.

Lunch, dinner, raffle items and many contests and prizes will be featured including a chance to win a new car from Alpine Motors.

The cost of this event, which benefits the mission of Life Skills NW, will be $125 per person or $500 per team.

Life Skills NW is a local non-profit organization that was established 13 years ago to provide life changing educational programs for men, women and youth. Dedicated to improving relationship skills, it serves clients who have the desire to successfully navigate the challenges of personal, workplace, and school situations. It provides interactive opportunities to understand the origins of their behavior and gives the tools and hope necessary to become an authentic person.

Classes include both 60 and 30 hour programs that enable the individual to understand their reactive behaviors that are the result of subconscious obedience to rules given by significant others.

To register your team or obtain additional information about this worthwhile event, please call the Life Skills office at  (208)265-6796 or go the web site at "www.lifeskillsnw.org."
