Shane Taylor Scott, 18, of Oldtown, went home to be with the Lord on Aug. 26, 2008.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, at 2 p.m. at the Trinity Baptist Church, 135 Osprey Lane, Priest River, Idaho.

Shane, first child of Shirley and Michael Scott, was born March 20, 1990. Coming in as a miracle baby, he lived his life to the fullest. Shane became an Eagle Scout at the age of 14 on Nov. 2, 2004.

On May 19, 2007, Shane married Josephine (Josie) Cada. On July 4, 2007, his daughter, Isabella Skye Scott, was born.

Shane loved fishing, camping, and snowboarding in his spare time, when he was not working. His greatest pleasure was being with his wife and daughter.

Shane was well loved as everybody's friend. He was an extremely hard worker and a truly great person, who was always willing to lend a helping hand. His sense of humor will be missed incredibly.

Shane was preceded in death by his Grandpa Alan Scott.

Survivors include his wife, Josie Scott; his daughter, Isabella; his mother and father, Michael and Shirley Scott; his brother, C.J. and Cory; and two sisters, Cathy and Crystal. He will be greatly missed by many, including grandparents, uncles, aunts, family and friends.
