COEUR d'ALENE — Drew Wilkinson scored 11 of his game-high 24 in the third quarter and Mike Martin added 20, including a dunk, as the North Star League-leading Clark Fork ran past Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy Tuesday night in Coeur d'Alene.

Wilkinson blew open a tight game with three 3-point daggers in the pivotal third quarter as the Cats outscored the Panthers 20-8. Martin stuffed the stat sheet to go along with his first-ever slam, adding eight assists, eight steals and three blocks. Jared Broggi added 10 points and seven rebounds for the Cats.

"After a slow start we started matching their intensity in the middle of the second quarter," said Cats coach Brian Powell. "We need to come out much stronger at the beginning of games. Waiting until the second half will catch up with us."

Eli Francovich had a double-double for the Panthers (6-10, 2-6 NSL), finishing with 11 rebounds and 19 points. He was 9 of 11 from the free-throw line.

Clark Fork (10-3, 5-0) hosts Wallace tonight in a big NSL showdown.
