Margaret E. Brinker

Margaret E. Brinker of Hope, Idaho, passed away on Feb. 20, 2008.

Ms. Brinker was a member of Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City, Ga.

She was a registered nurse, having graduated from Wayne State University School of Nursing. She had additional training as a psychiatric nurse from Forrest Hospital in Des Plaines, Ill. Later, she was a home health administrator at Lee Memorial Hospital in Ft. Myers, Fla., and retired at age 72.

She is survived by her children, Dawn Brinker of Hope, Mark Brinker of Springfield, Mo., and Robin Farrow of Peachtree City; grandchildren, Jessica Heming, Laura Farrow, Corrie Shoop, Matthew Brinker, and Kevin Farrow; great-grandchildren, Devon Shoop, Collin Heming, and Makayla Margaret Heming; sisters, Betty Dudus and Linda Buschell, both of Washington, Mich.; brothers, Ray Searcy of Dayton, Ohio, and Doug Searcy of Toledo, Ohio.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church with the Rev. Miriam Beecher and the Rev. John Weber officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, please make contributions for a scholarship fund to Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, 101 N. Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
