Distribution at funeral was unforgivable

On Saturday, Dec. 28, at Coffelt Funeral Home, my flyers were put on vehicles without my knowledge or permission. I own and operate Joe's Philly Steaks. I want to apologize to the families and friends of Thomas Brown and Steve and Pam Fox who had to come out and see these flyers on their cars. I take full responsibility for what happened at their time of loss. I can't even imagine what this has done to them. Sorry is not enough. I am saddened and mortified and I was shaken to my very soul when I found out.

I spoke to some family members on the phone and we also called the funeral home. I lost my father around the holidays many years ago, which makes grieving even harder. I just want all those I have hurt to know how terrible I feel and deserve their anger. But please know I did not know they would wind up there. I am writing this letter with a heavy heart and hope someday they can forgive me even though it is unforgivable.
