New Fee: Failure to Obtain Permit

Notice is given that the Independent Highway District will meet on the 9th day of January, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the District office at 1805 Baldy Mountain Road, Sandpoint for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding the adoption and imposition of $500.00 fee for failure to acquire a permit prior to working in the public rights-of-way. The new fee is applicable to all public rights-of-way located within the Independent Highway District boundaries.
