Notice of Hearing on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Nancy L. Leota, born 12/22/32 in La Grande, Oregon, residing at County Road 4D, Bonners Ferry, has been filed in Boundary County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Nancy Leota Dittmann, because I want to have the same last name as my children & grandchildren again!

The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of her closest blood relatives are: none.

The petitioner's mother has died and the names and addresses of her closest blood relatives are: none.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock AM on January 8th, 2008, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court good reason against the name change.
