NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold public hearings at their meeting on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:
1. CUP07-10 (Ponderosa Apartments) - A request by Whitewater Creek Development for a Conditional Use Permit to allow construction of a 60-unit multi-family housing development on in the Residence "C" zone. The property is located west of the intersection of Honeysuckle Avenue and Hemlock Court to the northwest of the existing Ponderosa Park development. The approximately 5.3 acre parcel is described as Tax Nos. 32 and 47 and a portion of vacated right-of-way, less plat, in Section 16, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M.
2. CUP07-11 (Jack in the Box) - A request by Freiheit & Ho Architects, Inc. P.S. for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for construction of a drive-through food establishment, and to secure exceptions from certain design standards of the Commercial "D" Overlay zone. The property is located west of Fifth Avenue between Larch and Fir Streets, and described as Lots 8 through 14, Block 26, Farmin's Fourth Addition to Sandpoint
