NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, the 4th day of February, 2008, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearings is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. Development Impact Fee Program/Capital Improvement Plan

The City will make available to the public, upon request, the following: proposed land use

assumptions, a copy of the proposed capital improvements plan and that any member of the public affected by the capital improvements plan shall have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence regarding the proposed capital improvements plan.

2. To consider adoption of an ordinance authorizing the imposition of development impact fees.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail.
