Take part in caucus

We lead busy lives, and it is difficult to find the time to participate in all the wonderful community events in Bonner County. Some events are entertaining, some raise money, and some are important to our future. The upcoming presidential caucuses will be both fun and rewarding (and free!).

The Bonner County Democratic Caucus to select a presidential candidate will be held on "Super Tuesday," Feb. 5, at the Panida Theater, starting at 6 p.m. (doors close at 7 p.m. sharp). The nomination process has excited the nation, and a record turnout is expected.

There's a great group of volunteers who have been planning the caucus. These Bonner County residents have been working hard, and generously have shared their knowledge, their time, and even their shoulder when needed. Many people across Idaho will participate on Super Tuesday, making our preparation important, as well as fun.

Last week we had a great turnout at a "mock caucus," with everyone sharing in the excitement. Please join the hundreds of Bonner County residents who will help select presidential candidates this year. With 20 states caucusing on Feb. 5, every Idahoan's vote is important!
